Comment: I have a 16 year old Mercedes that was starting to fade, so I took it too Iain and he explained the different types of polishing etc. Agreed to have the work done and all I can say is WOW, Iain has done a brilliant job, will definately go back and would highly reccomend him. Thanks .

Comment: Having seen many pictures and descriptions of the work Iain had done to a multitude of cars, and his enthusiasm and pride of each job described in detail, i decided that he was the best person to detail my car. He wasted no time in getting started, and talked me through each step only stopping to let me have a go and guide me to his standard. His work is second to none, and his hard work and knowledge spoke for itself in the results. I would recommend Iain to everyone who wants the best results.

Comment: Well after being somewhat apprehensive with PC's polishers, polishes, sealants and anything with abrasives in but wanting to lessen some annoying and partly self inflicted swirls I handed my smart Roadster Coupe over to Iain.It's always been shiny as I've tried to keep the wax levels high but I was suprised by how much dirt Iain removed with a simple glaze applied by a PC. This lessened most of the more obvious swirls too. The depth of shine is improved and you see more colours in the reflections (which is scary at times) even though its now dirty!!! I would definately recommend him and picked up some valuable tips. Probably see you next year (though hopefully with less swirls :-P )

Comment: took my car to Iain on the 16th june 2006, for a full on detail. had some swrilling on many a panel of the car.Iain & i talked on what he was going to do & what products he was using. then the work began, & to my amazement, each stage of the detailing just got better & better, car looked brillant. one stage the car looked really wet & shiny & we had not added any polish or wax. really pleased with all the work that Iain did for me, & i will recommend him to all, top job, see you again soon.

Comment: It must be said that if you want someone to detail your car with an incredible amount of expertise, energy and perfectionism give Iain a call he will surpass all expectations. Throughout the whole day I learned an awful lot especially the claying, and PC techniques and would feel very confident in having a go on my car without supervision from Iain. I must say that if Iain ain't happy with the effect (and Iains standards are tremendously high) the detail don't finish!

Comment: Can I just say what an awesome job finerdetails did on my car. I thought that a red car could never have that wet look finish that Iain managed to achieve. The other thing that is amazing is that I do alot of miles in a year some 30,000 and so the car collect a large number of blemishes such as tar. Iain managed to remove these and deswirl the car so it looked cleaner than when it left the show room. I enjoyed my day with him and learnt alot I think his knowledge is great over what products to use.

Comment: My car is 6 year old but I believed in quite good condition with the odd scratch and blemish. Well I booked her in for a supreme detail with Iain. I cannot believe the transformation; the depth of sheen is unbelievable. The paintwork is as smooth as glass. Some of the scratches have been removed (well at least you can’t see them) and others have been significantly reduced (well he does detail the car, not paint it). I lost count of the amount of stages he uses, but he explains what each one does and you see the shine go deeper and deeper after every stage. Will definitely be going back for a top up every now and then and I wholeheartedly would recommend him to anyone. A true professional who loves his work.

Comment: Cracking job by Iain. Had the car looking better than when it first left the factory and shiney enough to dazzle other drivers in the way home. Only issue is it's such a long way to go back for him to do it again!

Comment: I learnt of Iain's passion a few months ago and looking on this website at previous car detailing he has done i decided to book my car in. My paint work had quite alot of swirls and some deep scratches but could be buffed up to look quite good, but the transformation after Iain had weeved his magic was better than i expected. Once talking to him you realised that he is a perfectionist and only the best will do. I will definately promote Iains work to anybody.

Comment: I went to see Iain in July with my Audi TTR, it was full of swirls, the bonnet and wings had been re-sprayed but there was a distinct lack of shine on the bonnet. I had brought my own porter cable so I could learn how to use this as I ain was giving me a step by step guide to detailing. It was just as well I had the pc as it took us 2 1/2 hrs to get the bonnet looking something like. The whole car has now been transformed thanks to Iain and 8 1/2 hours of solid graft. This guy is the utmost professional and takes the greatest of pride in his job. Thanks Iain for the great job and all the tips and hints.

Comment: Took my black Seat Ibiza to Iain this weekend to get my car de-swirled and 'winter prepped' as I want my car taking care of during the winter months. Now I thought my car was clean, but to see the transormation from a grey-black to a deep gloss black, the image shows the half anf half  midway through the detail which was amazing. Car is looking wonderful now, and the paint is silky smooth. Definitely recommend Iain to anyone thinking of getting their car done!

Comment: Though my VW Eos is only three weeks & 600 miles old, Iain has lifted and enhanced the exterior far beyond the dealership preparation. In addition, he has applied sealant coatings that will help protect my paintwork and make cleaning my alloys less of a chore. All this for a little over a third of the price a main dealer would charge for a far inferior Supgard (or similar) preparation. My wife's car will be receiving the same treatment soon and I recommend Iain's work without reservation

Comment: After noticing many swirls and defects on the paintwork of my ST170 I took my car to Iain for a multi stage de-swirl. After the 1st pass the car looked fantastic but Iain continued to build up the shine with various treatments, finally using Swissol best of show wax. By now the depth of shine and the reflection in the paint work was truely unbelievable!! ( like looking into a mirror ) Iain is a true professional who has a real passion about what he does. 110% reccomendation from me !

Not only did it look terrible, it made the paintwork feel like fine sandpaper.Iain assessed the damage and gave me hope, so I booked in for a supreme detailing session.Well, I’ve just come home from work and I’m speechless.All the paint spots have been removed, which is fantastic. Comment: My titanium silver BMW 320d is 2 years old and was looking a bit sad with 62,000 miles on the clock!! I gave it to Iain to carry out a detail including paint correction to get rid of the dreaded swirls. Iain arrived on time and set to work, undettered by difficult weather conditions. He stuck to the task and carried out foam washing, claying, swirl removal, polishing and finally sealing. The results??? What can I say but stunning. The paintwork is mirror smooth with a wet look. Comment: I booked my Ford Focus RS in for the full Swissvax detail with paint correction. I left my car with Iain at 8am and he was still working on it at 5pm when I went back to pick it up! The results are amazing and the car looks better than new! All those dreaded swirl marks are gone and the depth and reflection of the paint work is unbelievable. Comment: Hi my TT was involved in a little light bump which resulted in paint work being done. I had already had Iain detail my car in the summer and so called him back to correct the paint work after the body shop sprayed it well but made a cock up of the polishing ( I hear the pad they used looked like it had been laid out on the road for a week).. I could not belive the difference Iain made to my car. He had to visit the bodyshop and work on their premises which can be tricky but from what he tells me they were ok. I thought Iain did an excellent job and have reccommended him to a friend, so thanks again ian..
